In an unusual incident in Florida, an Uber Eats driver reportedly engaged in a late-night snack theft, allegedly eating a customer’s food right in front of them and subsequently spitting in the customer’s face.
A police affidavit obtained by Fox News’ affiliate, FOX 13, detailed that Alexsandra Del Valle Acosta Aguilar, 29, was seen by a customer taking food from the delivery bag outside her home in Davenport, Florida, on September 12.
The customer went outside to address Alexsandra after noticing her actions.
As the customer approached her door, she witnessed Aguilar holding her “Happy Fall Y’all” sign. When the customer attempted to take the sign back, an argument ensued, during which Aguilar allegedly spat on her.
After the alleged spitting incident, the victim used the sign to shield herself and backed away from Alexsandra.
But that wasn’t all; the driver reportedly stole two decorative pumpkins worth $75 each before fleeing the scene.
