It is notable that beterraba acts against the formation of free radicals within the body, which are responsible for oxidation, cell aging, and disease development.

As well as this, its high fiber and antioxidant content helps control blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglycerides.

Then, in a liquidizer, crush a small beterraba, cut it into cubs, and add 200 ml of water. Then, drink without adding sugar or salt.

You can add fruits such as oranges, mangoes, and limes to the suco to enhance the flavor.
