Twelve Recipes of Natural Juices Dry Belly

Taking into account all the good preparation references in the text that we indicated just above, you will be ready to make your detox juice with the ingredients below. Normally, all preparation methods are simple, just put the fruits, vegetables, water, coconut water and whatever is necessary, in the blender and blend.

Usually each of the recipes below yields at least two servings (two cups).

3 – Detox THREE natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• Two glasses (250ml) of pineapple juice (without water)
• A glass (200ml) of iced green tea (strained)
• Four tablespoons of honey
• One chopped carrot (small)
• Four ice cubes (or to taste)

4 – Detox FOUR natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• Two oranges (juice, without water)
• Half unpeeled carrots
• Four spinach leaves
• Two tablespoons of parsley
• A portion of celery
• A spoon (dessert) of cinnamon

5 – Detox FIVE natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• A cup (tea) of green tea (strained)
• Four mint leaves
• Two eggplant slices
• Juice of one lemon
• Two spoons (tea) of grated ginger
• One piece of finely chopped black plum

6 – Detox SIX natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• Two iceberg lettuce leaves
• Two slices of pineapple
• Two slices of cucumber
• Five arugula leaves
• Two slices of unpeeled raw yam
• A spoon (soup) of linseed

7 – Detox SEVEN natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• Two cabbage leaves
• A spoon (tea) of chopped ginger
• Juice of one lemon
• A glass (250ml) of coconut water
• An apple (with peel)

8 – Detox EIGHT natural juice recipe:

• A glass (250ml) of water
• An apple with skin and without seeds
• A spoon (soup) of linseed
• One peeled and seedless orange
• One tablespoon of rolled oats

9 – Detox NINE natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• A slice of pineapple
• A stalk of celery
• A glass (250ml) of water
• Four mint leaves (fresh)

10 – Detox TEN natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• A cup (tea) of hibiscus (strained)
• A chopped apple
• A spoon (tea) of ginger
• A sprig of parsley
• A cup (tea) of spinach leaf
• Juice of one lemon

11 – Detox ELEVEN natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• A glass (250ml) of pineapple juice (without water)
• A slice of yam (raw)
• A spoon (soup) of flaxseed
• Mint leaves to taste (we recommend 4 leaves)
• Spinach leaves to taste

Remembering that as much as it is to taste, do not put too much so as not to get too thick the juice.

12 – TWELVE Detox natural juice recipe:
Ingredients:
• A glass (250ml) of water (cold)
• Two celery leaves with a small piece of stem
• Two slices of melon
• Three broccoli leaves
• Half unpeeled cucumber (chopped)
• One tablespoon of quinoa

Wash the quinoa and soak it for at least eight hours before using it in this recipe (soak it overnight).
As we mentioned above, the whole way of preparing the juices is in the blender.
